dc.descriptionAre revealed necessity of the new forms and ways of transfer of the information and knowledge from training to trained in medical training. The preconditions for qualitative change of knowledge are determined, which receives trained during training, for acceleration of carry of these knowledge; as well as factors of real effect on methods of organization of educational process. On a example of distance education main directions of creation of alternate systems of transfer of knowledge are revealed, which mention a place and role of conventional medical universities and colleges. Categories of potential groups are allocated, for which are intended new educational services of distance education in medical training. Role of distance education in medical training for realization of a principle "training Through all life" instead of conventional "training On all life" is thus shown.-
