dc.description.abstractThe differential-current principle is fixed in the base of differential current additional reserve protection (DRP). The current relays of PHT type are used in it. These relays are connected to the current transformers of the block on the 330kV bus and on the side of zero terminals of the generator. Thereby the current relays of DRP are attached in tan¬dem with the relays of the main differential block protection, however they have vastly more sensitivity i.e. vastly smaller sat ting of act.en_US
