Направления развития информационных систем мониторинга атмосферного воздуха

Abstract

This paper gives analysis of recommendations of international and governmental levels on upgrading of existing atmosphere monitoring networks in EECCA countries. Main information systems design principles for environmental monitoring in Europe are reviewed. A distributed multi-tier structure of ecological and atmospheric monitoring information system is suggested. In Ukraine it can be formed at regional and state levels.
