Abstract

У роботі розглянуті теоретичні основи валютних операцій комерційних банків, проаналізовано основні показники діяльності банку, здійснено аналіз валютних операцій, фінансової звітності, банківських ризиків, запропоновані заходи з удосконалення управління валютними операціями комерційних банків; здійснено оцінку економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів.The features of using the personnel potential of the enterprise are considered in the paper; concepts, principles and methods of effective personnel management of the enterprise are summarized; factors and reserves of productivity increase at enterprises are analyzed; the main technical and economic indicators of the enterprise areconsidered; the efficiency of the using of labor force of the mine is analyzed; the labor productivity and the labor remuneration at the enterprise is evaluated; The concepts of the program that increaseslabor productivity as well asof the Center for the management of labor productivity, the creation of which would provide a comprehensive approach to the implementation of the program for improving labor productivity at the enterprise, are worked out; the organizational and economic mechanism of management of internal reserves of productivity growth at coal mines is developed; the recommendations for staff upgrading and productivity growth through the introduction of innovations are provided.
