Directions for forming alternative strategies of anti-crisis financial management by enterprise

Abstract

The financial status of many economic entities of different forms of ownership and branch affiliation is becoming negative in modern conditions, therefore, the issue of anti-crisis financial management as an effective mechanism of crisis management is at the forefront. The author considers anti-crisis financial management as a system of principles and financial methods for the development and implementation of a set of special management decisions aimed at prophylaxy, preventing and overcoming the crisis and the risk of bankruptcy of the enterprise, as well as minimizing their negative consequences. Фінансовий стан багатьох суб'єктів господарювання різних форм власності та галузевої приналежності в сучасних умовах стає негативним, тому на перший план виходить питання антикризового фінансового менеджменту як ефективного механізму антикризового управління. Автор розглядає антикризовий фінансовий менеджмент як систему принципів та фінансових методів розробки та реалізації комплексу спеціальних управлінських рішень, спрямованих на профілактику, запобігання та подолання кризи та ризик банкрутства підприємства, а також мінімізацію їх негативних наслідків.
