Abstract

The article reveals the modern labor market demand in financial specialists who can manage the investments in traditional and innovative projects and companies. The methods of training specialists in the field of management of investment processes and innovative investment are disclosed (on the example of educational and scientific school of investment and innovation of Donetsk National Technical University). The trends of training and employment of graduates in the field of investment and innovation are analyzed. Recommendations for improving the quality of training of professionals in the field of investment and innovation are formulated.
