Abstract

В статті, виходячи з передумов залежності рівня та природи економічного розвитку національних економік від природи інституційної архітектури фінансової системи, було проаналізовано особливості впливу механізмів фінансування на структурні перетворення економічної системи Польщі. Було виявлено, що існує проблема дефіциту фінансових ресурсів, якувдалося вирішити за допомогою ефективного механізму приватизації за допомогою каналів фондового ринку. The peculiarities of the influence of the established financing mechanisms on the transformation of the structure of the economic system of Poland were analyzed in the article which based on the prerequisites for the dependence of the level and nature of economic development of national economies, on the nature of the institutional architecture of the financial system. There was revealed the problem of the deficit of financial resources which was managed to solve with the help of an effective mechanism of privatization through the channels of the stock market.
