ВЛИЯНИЕ ОСНОВНЫХ ЭЛЕМЕНТОВ МОДИФИКАТОРОВ НАУМЕНЬШЕНИЕ СОДЕРЖАНИЯ ВРЕДНЫХ ПРИМЕСЕЙ И ПОВЫШЕНИЕ МЕХАНИЧЕСКИХ СВОЙСТВ В КОЛЕСНОЙ СТАЛИ КП-Т ПОД ВЛИЯНИЕМ МОДФИЦИРОВАНИЯ

Abstract

Influence of basic elements-modifiers aluminium and titan was investigated on dimin-ishing of maintenance of harmful admixtures grey and phosphorus and increase of mechanical properties in the wheeled steel of KP-T, which was smelted in the conditions of OJSC «INTERPAYP NTZ». It was well-proven that at modification of liquid fusions the concentra-tion of harmful admixtures goes down stronger, then in serial steel and structure was im-proved and the level of mechanical properties of the prepared metal rises.
