Abstract: Разработана и реализована информационно-измерительная система, включающая стенд для исследования динамических характеристик термопреобразователей скорости и температуры в условиях, максимально приближенных к условиям эксплуатации. Приведена структурная схема системы. Предложен и описан алгоритм процесса динамической градуировки термопреобразователей.
Description: Information-measuring system including bench for the velocity and temperature thermal converters dynamic characteristics investigation is designed and implemented in terms maximum close to working conditions. System structural schematic is given. Algorithm of the thermal converters dynamic calibration process is proposed and described. System proposed provides following assigned requirements: setting and keeping the engine frequency on the given level for the each layer air flow velocity control; setting and keeping air flow temperature on the given level for the each layer; registration of the measuring data from the velocity and air flow temperature measurement instrumentation and graduated sensor, as well as data transmission on the PC registration; registration of the air temperature and pressure in the laboratory. Information-measuring system includes: control subsystem for the dynamic calibration terms setting and automatic maintenance; measuring subsystem for the registration, measuring signals analog-to-digital conversion and next processing with the designed software, which is efficiently configured against the experiment conditions. From the carried out experimental investigations results it is clear that designed system in complex with the used pointing device is acceptable for the most kinds of the thermal converters with the time constant 0,1 s and on inertia investigation. Therefore system is available for the most of the hot-wire anemometers, different kinds of thermometers, thermocouples, etc. If it is necessary, more fast-response sensors investigations carrying out is possible, for this purpose it is necessary to use the appropriate fast-response pointing device for the test sensors positioning.
