Abstract: Результаты экспериментальных исследований приводов подачи с электромагнитным тормозом скольжения определили их встречное включение в двухприводной бесцепной системе подачи очистных комбайнов. Это позволяет скомпенсировать высокодинамичные пусковые моменты и обеспечить высокую управляемость скоростью подачи комбайна на пластах с большими углами наклона. Разработана математическая модель двуприводной системы подачи, учитывающая статические и динамические характеристики современных приводов с управляемыми электромагнитными тормозами для горных машин. На ее основе выполнен структурный и параметрический синтез системы автоматического управления скоростью подачи.
Description: Exploitation of remote and embedded chainless systems of feed shearers based on electromagnetic clutches and brakes slip (EBS) has shown excellent performance and reliability. For modern shearers and belts new more powerful asynchronous electric drive with controlled electromagnetic brake slip was created. As a result, a problem of creation and study of automatic control system of embedded chainless feed system (EFS) based on the new drive with EBS was formulated. This goal of the work involves the analysis of experimental studies, the development of a mathematical model of EFS with two drives, structural and parametric synthesis of automatic control system is made on the basis of the formulated model. Benchmark studies of the drive output shaft inhibited in the absence of current in the coil brake control showed the occurrence of transient torque output shaft with amplitude of 0.8 from the nominal. Such a transition process leads to a jump of the frame of the shearer. Another problem is the loss of control of the feed rate when moving the shearer downhill at such angles of the slope of the formation when the rolling force exceeds the force of friction in the bearings of the shearer. Inclusion of a counter-drive allows to eliminate the effect of the starting torque of the drive and ensure complete control feed rate, regardless of the inclination of the road machine at idle and in operation mode of the shearer. In such a scheme counter starting torques of drives will be compensated, and the drive which creates a force directed against the direction of feed, provides braking during time limited only by the speed of drives. In accordance with the purpose of the work the mathematical model of two drives feed system with the included counter drives was developed structural and parametric synthesis of automatic control EFS was conducted. For EFS with two working counter drives and one separate drive the identical model experiments were conducted. In a system with two opposing drives transient decrease in angular velocity to standstill lasts 0.67 seconds, in the system with one working drive it lasts 2 seconds. The system processes the negative torque jump satisfactory by the EFS with counter drive. Uncontrolled growth of angular speed is observed in the system with a single drive. The proposed scheme of oncoming inclusion of drives of EFS provides compensation of starting torque and the ability to control the feed rate of the shearer with tilt angles of the formation which are specified in the technical operating conditions of the shearer. A mathematical model and structure of the EFS with EBS was developed. The developed system provides stability and quality of transient processes of shearer flow rate control.
