| Короткий огляд (реферат): | В работе на основе математического моделирования выполнен анализ различных законов управления движением грузовой тележки пролетного крана. Предложен закон управления, практически исключающий остаточные колебания груза после остановки тележки. |
| Опис: | Different laws of motion control of bay crane’s trolley are analyzed using mathematical modeling. Proposed law of motion control eliminates residual vibration of load after stopping the trolley. The most effective law of trolley movement is tachogram with an optimized stop mode. Implementation of rational motion control of trolley during stop mode eliminates residual sway of load. The relative values of the trolley’s speed at the interpolation nodes doesn’t depend on the weight of the load, longterm rate of movement and length of the rope. Rational duration of the stop is equal to the ¾ of period of free oscillations of load and depends on the rope length only. The structure of mechatronic drive system of the trolley motion is proposed. It allows increasing the performance of the crane by reducing the cycle time movements of the load and to improving the safety of works. |
