Abstract: У статті розглянуто проблему реалізації контрольної функції в системі управлінського обліку витрат діяльності великого промислового підприємства. Обґрунтовано принцип організації інформаційних каналів за напрямками руху матеріалів та запропоновано модель організації операційного управлінського контролю на основі використання сигнальних критеріїв оцінки релевантності інформації про витрати діяльності. Запропонований підхід забезпечує якісну реалізацію контрольної функції обліку і внутрішнього аудиту.
Description: In the article is considered the problem of realization of control function in the system of administrative consideration of charges of activity of major industrial concern. The principle of organization of informative channels to direction of motion of materials is grounded. The principle of organization of informative channels to direction of motion of materials is grounded. The model of organization of operating administrative control on the basis of the use of alarm criteria of estimation of relevant information about the charges of activity is offered. Offered approach provides high-quality realization of control function of consideration and internal audit.
