Abstract

In this article the structure, the essentiality and the content of creative self-development of philology students in the process of professional education and self-education are considered. Principal attention has been given to the anlysis of social and organizational, psychological and pedagogical conditions in realization of future foreign language teachers’ potential. Development of contemporary technologies and rulers of pedagogical influence on process of the selfactualization of personality in professionaly focused foreing language training have also been deeply analyzed.
