Опис:	This article is the thai to treat the humanization as the most important theoretical principle and concrete practical task to improve all spheres of the public life including the education. In connection with this task the article describes the new conceptions of the permanent education, the go-ahead character of the education relatively of the society 's development and the preparing of the engineer not only as the subject of the science and technique but as the subject of the culture which enable to carry responsibility for results of own professional activity.
