Опис:	The computer modelling and simulation of complex phenomena and processes of the real world claims for the development of adequate logic and numerical tools. The traditional binary logic and binary codes often appear in these cases insufficient and inefficient In the report the scheme of 3D logic space is offered. Such unified system can be named as extended logical basis. 3D logic space of extended logical basis can be formed by three orthogonal axes ("true", "false", "membership degree") and can be used for construction of the various logical systetns. The extended logic is also a basis for construction of the various numerical systems: from monocode to hipercodes.
