dc.descriptionThe analyze of the influence of asymmetry billets on billet of railway wheels and molding presses on the stability of the size of billets for rolling was executed by methods of finite-element modeling . On this basis a new method of deformation of billets was designed, ensuring accurate centering of billet along the axis of the deforming tool of presses and getting flat end surfaces of the rim for rolling. It is shown that the use of a new method will allow to reduce number of defects in the rolling connected with increased eccentricity of the rim about the hub in the rolled billets.en_US
dc.description.abstractМетодами конечно-элементного моделирования выполнен анализ влияния асимметрии заготовок железнодорожных колес на заготовочном и формовочном прессах на стабильность размеров заготовок для прокатки. На этой основе разработан новый способ деформирования заготовок, обеспечивающий точную центровку заготовки по оси деформирующего инструмента прессов и получение плоских торцевых поверхностей обода под прокатку. Показано, что применение нового способа позволит уменьшить количество брака на прокате, связанного с повышенным эксцентриситетом обода относительно ступицы в прокатанных заготовкахen_US
