Abstract: The institutional structure was investigated as basis of its regulation on the micro-, meso-, macro-, mega- ranges of social-labour relations. Was determined that the institutional structure of social-labour relations in a Ukrainian market economy is a complex interaction of multi-level system, institutions and organizations from the collective bargaining.
