| Abstract: | Состояние научно-технической сферы в Украине характеризуется значительным снижением объемов государственного финансирования исследований и низким спросом на наукоемкую продукцию. Следствием такого положения стало сокращение масштабов исследований и разработок, снижение численности персонала занятого в науке. |
| Description: | The state of scientific and technical sphere in Ukraine is characterized by a significant decline in public funding for research and low demand for high technology products. The consequence of this situation was the reduction of the research and development scope, drop in the number of personnel employed in science. |
