Abstract: Линейный асинхронный регулируемый электропривод выполнен в виде лабораторного стенда, состоящего из постоянного звена, IGBT-инвертора, блока драйверов с оптической развязкой, микропроцессорного блока управления, датчиков тока Холла и блока питания. В предлагаемом техническом решении, формируется результирующее вращающееся магнитное поле статора и ротора с постоянной амплитудой и конфигурацией, но с возможностью изменения его частоты вращения. В этом случае электромагнитный момент максимален и зависит линейно только от относительной скорости движения результирующего поля машины и ротора в пределах двойной номинальной нагрузки и, соответственно, двойного скольжения.
Description: Linear asynchronous electric drive is designed as a laboratory bench. For realization of the laboratory bench, the authors developed basic blocks of frequency converter: 1. Microprocessor control unit of electric drive. 2. Power key drivers block of three independent inverters for each phase of electric drive. 3. The power unit consisting of a rectifier and three-channel inverter, each channel contains four power keys. 4. Measurement unit of phase currents and rectifier current based on the Hall current sensors. 5. Power supply with the necessary number of galvanic isolation. To control asynchronous electric drive the authors have developed: 1. The algorithm for calculating the duration of the clock pulse t and working pulse  of a pulse-width modulator, the arrays are placed in microprocessor read-only memory (ROM). 2. The control algorithm for three-channel inverter power keys of asynchronous electric drive. The proposed technical solution forms the resulting rotating magnetic field of the stator and rotor with constant amplitude and configuration, but providing the ability of its speed change. In this case, the electromagnetic torque is a maximum and depends linearly on the relative velocity of the resulting field of electric machine and rotor within the limits of double rated load and, respectively, dual sliding. The continuously rotating magnetic field of asynchronous machine is realized through the use of a singlephase inverter consisting of four power keys for each of the phase winding and the development of PWM mathematical software, providing the formation of sinusoidal currents with constant amplitude at different frequencies f on the windings. The number of segments n which divide the sinusoid is multiple of 12, that is n  12  i . Here i is integer, its choice depends on the invariance condition of a clock pulse length const f i t      12 1 in a given frequency range f ,       f i Integer part 100 . In the considered frequency range f  0.25...50 Hz the value of a clock pulse is t  1  0.2ms  const . Realization of the rotating magnetic field of the machine allows to measure the electromagnetic torque, but not to calculate, as this is done in existing analogs of the frequency inverters with vector control and direct control of torque. Electromagnetic torque is measured by means of the Ì cS et  on the linear part of asynchronous electric drive stationary mechanical characteristic in proposed technical decision. The above makes it a complete analog of DC electric drive. Therefore, it has a wide area of use: hard-loaded electric drive is in rolling mill, mixing of the liquid metal in the crystallizer, electromobile electric drive, home appliances, which use asynchronous motor. Developed electric drive is energy-saving, because the carrier frequency used by the pulse width modulator is less than one kilohertz in a working range of frequency inverter that is lower by times as compared with existing analogues.
