| Abstract: | В роботі виявлені логіка та спрямованість інституціональних змін в Україні 1990-х pp., проаналізовані основні параметри формування інститутів як інструментів ринкової трансформації економіки і демократизації «політичного ринку. Стверджується, що найперспективнішими сферами інституціональних змін є діяльність владних структур і суб'єктів господарювання з метою залучення іноземних інвестицій, співробітництво з міжнародними економічними і фінансовими організаціями, а також формалізація інтеграційних устремлінь політичних еліт. |
| Description: | The paper divulges the logic and trends of the institutional alterations in Ukraine of the 1990s. There have been analysed the main parameters of institutions formation as an instrument of both -market transformation and democratization of 'the political market'. It is claimed that the power structure policies directed towards attraction of foreign investments and cooperation with international economic and financial organizations along with the formalization of integration ambitions of political elites are the most perspective sphere of institutional modifications. |
