Abstract: Представлена математическая модель транспортной системы добычного участка, включающей в себя добычной комбайн, участковый конвейер и аккумулирующий бункер. Произведен анализ результатов моделирования.
Description: Increase of coal production leads to high requirements for all production processes of the mine. The high efficiency of a mining enterprise can be provided only with the coordinated work of all technological links: mining equipment, district belt conveyors, accumulating hopper, magistral conveyors. This goal can be achieved through the introduction of automatic device that provides integrated intelligent control processes of coal mining and transportation. This requires a study of the conditions and modes of operation of mining area’s transport system. This article solves the problem of developing a mathematical model of mining area’s transport system. The simulated object is represented as a system of related components, which includes mining combine, district conveyor, accumulating hopper. Condition and operation of the object is determined by a complex of internal and external factors. The main ones are the state of magistral conveyor, the hopper fill level, the presence of a waiting time of equipment. Coordinating unit automatically controls these factors and components of mining area’s transport system. The mathematical model accounts the interaction of the basic mechanisms of mining area and allows evaluating its efficiency. Presented mathematical model allows optimizing the mine area by identifying and eliminating "bottlenecks" of the system, substantiation of the parameters of the equipment, improvement of the control algorithm of the mining area’s transport system. The model can be used for making and development of a coordinating device that controls the elements of the mining area’s transport system.
