| Description: | The article examines the main trends in employment and labor movement in the Belarusian economy in the period of transition to the market model. Employment and movement of labour within the industry, inter-sectoral and territorial have economic and institutional reasons, the definition of which allows to characterize and predict the development of the economy. |
