dc.descriptionIn the article the definition of the term "performance quality of buses", the approach to the evaluation of the buses performance quality on urban routes consisting of the following stages: the choice of the state regulation technique for the determination of the passenger needs to the performance quality of the buses, the characteristics of standards which will be used for the determination of the passenger needs to the performance quality of the buses on operating routes of Gorlivka, the selection of the indexes groups for the performance quality evaluation of buses according to the standards of Ukraine and Europe, the quality indexes characterizing the performance quality of the buses, the use of the factorization methods for summarizing the calculated indexes are suggested.en_US
dc.description.abstractВ статті запропоновані: визначення терміну «якість роботи автобусів»; підхід до оцінки якості роботи автобусів на міських маршрутах, який складається з етапів: вибір методу державного регулювання задля встановлення потреб пасажирів до якості роботи автобусів; характеристика стандартів, які будуть використані для встановлення потреб пасажирів до якості роботи автобусів на функціонуючих маршрутах міста Горлівки; виділення груп показників для оцінки якості роботи автобусів за стандартами України та Європи; показники якості, що характеризують якість роботи автобусів; застосування методів факторного аналізу для узагальнення розрахованих показників.en_US
