Abstract: The communication hypothesis (Knowledge transfer) is given in this article of one consciousness to another which is essentially important for creation of remote courses of new generation, in particular students power engineering specialists. The problem of the aims of pedagogics is laid down. Ways of its decision through Gedel's theorem and concept of metapedagogics are shown.
