| Abstract: | Розглянуто можливі варіанти та підходи до організації взаємодії інститутів альтернативного фінансування малих інноваційних підприємств з урахуванням досвіду передових країн світу. Обгрунтовано, що формою фінансування інноваційних підприємств на етапі їхнього становлення, що враховує специфіку їх ризиків та потенційну прибутковість, є існування конкретних інститутів, таких як бізнес-ангели і фірми венчурного капіталу(ВК). Розкрито принципи організаційно-економічних механізмів взаємодії зазначених інститутів з малими інноваційними підприємствами. |
| Description: | The possible variants and approaches are considered to be applied to the organization of cooperation of the institutes of alternative small innovative enterprise financing taking into account world leaders’ experience. It is proved that the financing form of innovative enterprises on their formation stage, that considers their risk specificity and potential profitableness, is the existence of certain institutes like business angels and venture capitals (VC). The principles of organization economic mechanisms are revealed concerning the cooperation of the mentioned above institutes with small innovative enterprises. |
