| Abstract: | Рассмотрены сущность корпоративной власти, выделены и проанализированы ее уровни, выявлены положительные и отрицательные последствия влияния корпораций на все сферы жизнедеятельности общества. Исследована специфика поведения корпораций в условиях кризиса, а также взаимодействие государственной и корпоративной власти. Выделены особенности украинского корпоративного сектора в период кризиса и перспективы развития корпораций в современной глобальной экономике. |
| Description: | The paper considers the nature of the corporate power, defines and analyzes its levels, reveals both positive and negative effects of corporate influence on all spheres of the society. It studies the specificity of the corporate conduct in a crisis, as well as interaction of the state and corporate power. There are shown the features of the Ukrainian corporate sector during the crisis and prospects of corporations’ development in the modern global economy. |
