dc.description.abstract	The article is devoted to the developing and researching method for designing of optimal telecommunication ne twork structure by the multi-objective optimization. The multi-objective optimization method in this paper based on the criterion: networks dependability, capacity and installation costs. The proposed method and software based on the simulation and optimization methods enable to define the most efficient telecommunication network structure. Following the use of proposed method time for planning and modernization of transport telecommunication network is reduced and network performance is improved.	en_US
